Crab cakes
These were a surprise hit with both of my girls. I think they had two or three a piece.
My SIL found some steamed Maryland blue crab so that's what we used. I helped take them all apart too, between three people it took a while but the end results were great.
1 lbs picked over crab meat
3 tbs mayo
1 tbs of bread crumbs
1 tsp Siracha mustard
1 large egg, beaten
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
and oil for frying (we used coconut oil)
Gently mix everything together and form patties
Fry until done
EAT them with tartar sauce of fresh lemon wedges
