The no-menu-plan plan
yeah, we had some stuff going on last week and everything kinda went by the way side. Overnight with the girls then a dojo picnic which lead to leftovers for dinner. Then a trip to the northern part of the state to get ready to see the eclipse which lead to more leftovers from the freezer for dinner. We're back though. We're running low on staples right now (no butter or bread to speak of) but I'm writing this up now so I don't forget. Some of these things have been talked about but just not put into place.
So here it is-
Tomorrow-Leftover curry with rice (no katsu this time)
Thursday- salad with homemade 1000 island dressing
Friday-Chili cheese dogs and veggies with ranch dip
Saturday-fend for yourself
Sunday-Sourdough pizza
Monday-beef enchiladas
Tuesday-crispy chicken sandwiches and fries
Wednesday-Baked potatoes with chili and broccoli cheese sauce
Thursday-tortellini with red sauce
Friday-Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese (plain for the kids)
For kid lunches-
ham and pineapple quesadillas
And for the freezer-
breakfast burritos adding hashbrowns this time around as well as salsa verde
So here it is-
