This week

We did a lot of cooking while we were snowed in for 3 days so we had a lot of leftovers.  We made an early trip to the store this morning and got supplies for the rest of our week.

Crunch wrap salsa chicken tacos and maybe rice (we might just skip it though)
Pasta puttanesca (just regular pasta sauce with added chopped capers and kalamata olives)
Chicken and waffles - Mr. PB&C got a Death Star waffle maker from a secret Santa gift exchange and as it turns out, waffles are super easy to make.  We'll be using our sourdough starter again as the base for our waffles.
Meatball sandwiches and veggies
Beef lettuce wraps and baked veggie egg rolls
Sushi (CA and tempura shrimp with avocado)
For the Bowl that is Super, we are making another Shooter sandwich.  Ours has provolone, mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, Italian sausage and roasted pepper.  Smash for a few hours then bake until warmed through.
