This week

We've started our CSA and have been blessed with all kinds of goodies.  Enough oregano to restock our dried supple since our plant got hit with some hail a few weeks ago, lettuce, spinach that we cooked and added to frozen pizza and cilantro that's going to end up in chimichurri for today's grilled steak.  I need to switch our menu planning to the day after we get the CSA so I can plan around what we get but this week's a little tricky.  We've got a little dude getting ear tubes and adenoids removed so his diet will jello, fruit slushies and soup (he's requested chicken noodle and miso).  I'll try next week.

Taco salad with added ground beef (MOO!)
Beef fajitas (more MOO!) with guacamole
Chicken noodle soup
 Risotto that we didn't get to last week
Sweet and sour chicken
Sliders and grilled asparagus
