Honey sesame dressing

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
1/2 tsp xantham gum optional

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, garlic and ginger.
Slowly drizzle in the grape seed oil.
Add the xantham gum if using and whisk again.
