I think the Denver French Toast looks good. I'd like to try that soon. And a question, how does one eat a Monte Cristo? Do you pick it up like a sandwich or eat it with a fork and knife?
We made the French toast last night and it was delicious. We used the sourdough baguettes I made last week. We eat Monte Cristos like grilled cheese sandwiches and pick them up, just don't over load them.
