Apple pancakes

The original recipe was on ABC's cooking show called The Chew but really we just used the idea, apples rings dipped in pancake batter and ran with it.
Mr. PB&C used our regular pancake batter and dipped apple rings before putting them on the griddle. The toddlers couldn't get them in their tummies fast enough. They each had 6 apple pancakes.
