Pita bread

 From someone on the internet, sorry for the lack of citation (also it's weird with both volume and weight measurements)

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp yeast

160 ml warm milk

80 ml warm water

Mix all of the above in the bowl of your mixer and let sit until the yeast wakes up

Add in 1 tbs of oil to the mixture and mix

Add 2 1/2 cups flour and 1 tsp of salt and knead well for 4-5 minutes

Add to a lightly oiled bowl (or lift the dough out of the bowl, add in a little oil and then add the dough back in) and let rise for 45 minutes

Split into 6 balls and flatten out 

Cook both sides in a lightly oiled pan until puffy
