Crunch wraps
We've made a couple of versions but this is the one we like the best
You will need
Ground meat, cooked, and seasoned with your homemade taco seasoning
Big flour tortillas
Little flour tortillas
Corn tostadas
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Guacamole if you have it
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Finely diced tomato
Finely diced onion
Refried beans (?)
Cooking spray
In the center of your big tortilla, put on a little ground beef and top with cheese sauce and cheese
Spread one side of the tostada with guacamole and then put that side down
Spread sour cream in a thin layer on the other side
Top with more cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a little hot sauce if you want
In the center, put your flour tortilla on top and then carefully start folding the large tortilla up and over the smaller one
You might want to warm up your larger tortilla if it's cold so you don't tear it
It also helps here to keep everything nice and even so you don't end up with a lopsided crunchwrap
Carefully add a little cooking spray to the seam side and put it that side down in the pan
Cook over medium heat until crispy on one side and then flip over, you may not need cooking spray on the other side, use your judgement
Notes-
1 pound of ground beef was enough for 5 crunchwraps
We also thought that a little bit of beans would be good too, I probably would add a thin layer to the very bottom and then add the ground beef. I would be afraid to break the tostada if I put it there.
