Bacon wrapped hotdogs

 I wish the hotdog place where I had this delicious hotdog was closer.  I've been craving these for a while and we finally had all the things in the house to make them.  From Sip Bite Go.

You'll need-

Your favorite hot dogs

Bacon, one piece per hotdog

Toasted Hawaiian rolls

BBQ sauce

Kewpie mayo, or cheese sauce if you want to copy the hotdog place

Fried shallots or crispy onions

Wrap your bacon around the hotdogs and secure each end with a half toothpick

Bake in the convection oven* at 400 for 16 minutes over a rack on a sheet pan (this will make your oven very dirty but I think it's worth it)

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly and remove the toothpicks

Slice your toasted rolls and add the hotdog, top with bbq sauce, mayo if you want it, and crispy onions, bonus add, sriracha if you want it spicy

*You can also air fry, pan fry, or grill these.  Instructions on the site.
