Salmon with lime and chipotle

 We ended up flaking up this salmon with some rice, sriracha, and kewpie.  Added in furikake since we didn't have seaweed squares for it..


From Closet Cooking 

2 lbs salmon filets, patted dry and seasoned with salt and pepper

2 tbs olive oil

zest and juice of one lime

1 tbs of chipotle in adobo, both the pepper and sauce

1/2 tsp cumin

1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped


Make the sauce by adding the olive oil through the garlic in a small food processor

Add to the top of your salmon and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until firm
