Lavender syrup

 You know, for fancy made at home coffee and tea drinks.  

I think this is what we did


1/2 c sugar

1/2 c water

1 1/2 tsp lavender buds 


Melt everything in a small pot over medium low heat

Let cool 

Strain 

Store in the fridge 

Use in anything you want to sweeten, matcha lattes, tea, lemonade
