Pressure cooker corned beef
Sometimes you have a great idea to make Ruebens because you finally made sauerkraut that doesn't look nasty and wasn't too salty but you forget to slow cook the day before.
Adapted from Pressure Cooking Today
Rinse your 3 pound corned beef and dry
Place the metal grate in the bottom of the pot, sprinkle the seasoning on top so it sticks and then add enough water to come up a little less than halfway up the side of the beef
Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes
Than natural release for 10 minutes
Release the pressure and then slice for sandwiches
If you want the more traditional cabbage, carrots, and onion, follow the original recipe back.
