Green beans with soy sauce and garlic

 We've made these several times this month to go along with various dinners.  Writing it down so I can stop bugging my brother about it.


Adapted from Wholesome Dish



2 tbs vegetable oil

2 tbs soy sauce

1 pound green beans, ends trimmed

2 cloves garlic, minced


Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat

Add the beans and soy sauce and cook for six minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally

Add the garlic and cook one minute

Serve

Eat with a fork or chopsticks
