Two weeks again

 Really liked going every other week.  We did go mid way through though to get some more fruit.  Trying it again.  Minimal oven use.


Grilled cheese with ham, apple, and BBQ sauce

Beans and rice with avocado crema (kids cookbook, they are making it)

Pork over rice (last container from the freezer)

Chicken parmesan

Shredded chicken tacos (kid's cookbook again)

Taco rice

Pulled Pork tortas

Wisconsin macaroni and cheese

Dinner with family (first time since before the lockdown)

Fend/leftovers

Hot dogs and some kind of side dish

Lemongrass pork summer rolls with peanut sauce

Salad

Pasta gorgonzola with spinach

Cubanos 


For lunches-

Quiche
