Roasted green beans

Adapted from The Pioneer Woman, on the Food Network site.  

Going to write this down since it's stupid easy and stupid good. 

2 lbs fresh green beans
1/2 lbs bacon cut into very small pieces
1/2 a yellow onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Throw everything on a sheet pan and toss to combine
Bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes or until the everything is done and sizzling
That's it.
