Old bay shrimp
I used to use the recipe on the container of Old Bay but they've changed the packaging. I'm writing it down for reference.
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
scant 1/4 cup of Old Bay (I like mine spicy, use less if desired)
Bring the above ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add in 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp.
Cook for 3 minutes for small shrimp, more for larger shrimp but do not overcook.
Serve warm or cold with cocktail sauce.
Cocktail sauce for serving-
ketchup
horseradish
lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
