A hodge podge of things

We were minus two people this week and I think we ate from the fridge and freezer a few times last week.

I do remember
Food platter (little man LOVES smoked gouda)
Sous vide beef tenderloin, Old Bay shrimp and couscous (this recipe just minus the poached chicken)
Macaroni and cheese
Biscuits and gravy

This week-
Taco salad

Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Chicken cordon bleu and three bean salad 
Hot dogs and potato salad
Ham and macaroni and cheese casserole
Pork green chile

For lunches-
Quinoa pizza bites
