Week of hard workouts

The chicken curry we made last week is GOOD!  I added too many chiles though so it's not kid friendly.  I'll use that for lunches this week.

Asparagus soup with toast
Sesame beef and broccoli
Biscuits and gravy
Chicken cordon bleu and roasted asparagus
Cubanos with three bean salad
Leftovers
Spaghetti squash and meat sauce
