CSA is in full swing

Cherries, kale, chard, mint, basil, lettuce, so many pretty veggies and fruit came in from the CSA this week.  Summer menu planning is always around what we've got and what can we make before the fragile produce goes to waste (the lettuce is super fragile.  I need to make sure to wash and then spin dry and then place in a bag with a paper towel to keep it from wilting).

I made a cherry and apricot crumble already this week.

For next week-
Spinach and pesto lasagna (using basil, spinach and chard)
Roast beef lettuce wraps and egg rolls (using lettuce)
Mushroom burger (using oyster mushrooms) with breaded zucchini fries
Beef stroganov (again, with the mushrooms)
Out for Pop's birthday
Hard Times Cafe chili
