Menu planning

This week's CSA bounty was huge.  Heirloom tomatoes, corn, yellow and purple beans, beets, leeks, zucchini, bell and pasilla peppers.  Here's how we're going to use our half of the share.

Potato leek soup and tomato and mozarella bruschetta
Hamburgers with grilled corn (husk on this time)
Quinoa meatballs and sauce
French bread pizza
Veggie tostadas
