Whole grain mustard

Another attempt at ditching store bought condiments.  This recipe is so ridiculously easy.  We won't be buying any more.

From Macheesmo

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown mustard seeds
1/4 cup yellow mustard seeds
1/4 cup beer
1 scant tablespoon brown sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon salt 

Soak the mustard seeds in a non-metal bowl with the beer and vinegar for at least 8 hours.
Add the sugar or honey, salt and mustard seed mixture and pulse in a food processor until you get your desired texture.   
Store in the refrigerator.
