CSA menu planning

We are planning around a week's worth of CSA veggies plus leftovers from previous weeks so we have mushrooms, 3 kohlrabi, 2 leeks, potatoes, 2 kinds of squash and 3 pounds of carrots to contend with this week.

We are making
Pulled pork sandwiches and kohlrabi slaw
Pasta carbonara with leeks
Sausage wrapped in pastry that we didn't get to last week
Carrot and white bean soup
Adults are going to have Smitten Kitchen's mushroom bourguignon while kiddos have a half batch of butternut squash pasta
Take out after Girl Scout meeting
Leftovers one night 

Breakfast sandwiches and burritos are going in the freezer for grab and go breakfasts
