Oven baked pork ribs

 For a rack of ribs (not St. Louis style)

baste the entire thing with yellow mustard

generously sprinkle of a savory rib rub

Wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil

Bake at 300 for 3 1/2 hours

Baste on some bbq sauce and then top with some steak seasoning and more black pepper and bake uncovered  for another 30 minutes
