Mango chia pudding
When you're in the mood for a chia pudding, here's one I recommend.

I might have halved this the first time, I don't remember.
500 g mangos (mixture of fresh and frozen is ok, keep some pieces whole for texture if you want)
1/2 c chia seeds
2 cups (480 ml) unsweetened coconut milk
4 tbs maple syrup or other sweetener (I used agave so I used less than this)
Puree your mango
Mix in the chia seeds, coconut milk, and sweetener
Put it the fridge and stir after 15 minutes
Wait another 15 minutes before eating
