Ricotta pasta
Taken from several places on the interwebs.
We were supposed to have lasagna tonight but this mom didn't want to cook and one kiddo doesn't lasagna ("it's like pizza but it's mushy"). So we skipped it .
I mixed a small container of ricotta with the zest of a lemon and the juice from it, some parmesan cheese, nutmeg, cayenne, and lots and lots of black pepper.
Cook whatever pasta shape you want and save about 1/2 - 1 cup of broth
Add to the pasta to the cheese mixture adding in pasta water to get the right consistancy
Taste and then season again ( we needed more salt)
