Tzatziki sauce

Loosely based from Serious Eats 

Also, tagging zucchini here too because these fritters look amazing.  I winged it big time and didn't measure anything.  But kinda these proportions.


1 cup Greek yogurt

1 clove of garlic, grated

1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated

lemon juice or red wine vinegar

salt 

Pepper


In a strainer, combine the cucumber with a little salt and let sit 5-10 minutes

Then gently squeeze out the extra moisture

Then combined everything in a small bowl and adjust your seasoning adding more salt or acid to your liking
