Restaurant meal round up

I keep a list of excellent meals we've had when we went out to eat.  I'm hoping to try and recreate at some point.  All these ideas came up tonight so I'm going to put this out into the void.  

We went to dinner in Anchorage with family several years ago.  I had an excellent panzanella salad at Orso.

Spinach

Tomato

Fresh mozzarella

English cucumber

Rosemary bread cubes (probably lightly toasted)

Blue cheese crumbles

Red onion 

Champagne dijon vinaigrette

Balsamic glaze

We went out for another dinner several years ago at Phantom Canyon and had excellent food and local beer.  This item is no longer on the menu but it was lemon barley as a base, crab stuffed shrimp with a Buerre Blanc sauce.
