Smash burgers

Make 2 ounce balls of ground beef, two per burger
Smash each ball on a hot grill with the back of a large spatula and season with salt and pepper
Cook the first side for 1 1/2 minute and then flip
Use the force on the other side
Make a stack of a burger then cheese with another burger (more cheese if you wanna)
Add to your toasted or grilled burger buns and then top with your fave burger toppings
