Garlic hot sauce
Another version, this one has a lot of garlic
5-7 chile de Arbol
Blitz or finely diced if they are too small for the blender
Add 3/4 cup hot water and let steep for 5 minutes
Add in-
6 ounces of diced and seeded tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp ancho chile powder
7 crushed cloves of garlic
Blend until smooth
Add 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
Blend again until smooth then cook on the stove and simmer for 5 minutes
Cool and put into three hot sauce jars
