Chia drink
I tried a store bought chia drink exactly twice. Despite the kind weird texture of the chia seed, I found that I liked it. I didn't like to drop the amount of money on it more often though. Just like my sourdough bread and kombucha habits, I knew I could do this at home for a fraction of the price. Off to google and a hit with this page from Mama Natural.
For one serving-
Put 1 1/2 tbs of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of water, stir and let sit overnight
In the morning, add in another 1/2 cup of your favorite juice, we like white grape and raspberry juice
