Baking

Who knew that when I finally caved on the stand mixer, that we would turn into such bakers.

In preparation for Thanksgiving, we made a batch of wheat bread and a batch of white bread for the dressing.  Then on Thursday morning, we made a batch of rolls.  Today we made a batch of sourdough bread and now we've got a batch of sourdough pancake sponge getting ready for the morning.  No wonder we've gone through a bunch of all purpose flour and bread flour in the last week.
