Tacos in lettuce boats

I forgot to blog this "recipe" from a few weeks ago.

The endive didn't look so great when we went to the store so we used romaine instead.  Toddlers loved it.  It was a bit messy when fillings fell out but it added to the fun of eating them.  We will try again.
