Noodle bowls

We need to find some better noodles, this just didn't work with linguine. I think chuka soba noodles would work well.

From Jazzie and Tahlia's mom's blog

1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tbs sesame oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tbs minced ginger *
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs agave nectar (or honey)
juice of half a lime
chili paste to taste - my fave spicy Asian sauce is chili bean paste, it was great in this recipe
6 ounces cooked pasta, we prefer chuka soba noodles
10 oz cooked beef, chicken, shrimp or tofu
10 oz cooked broccoli
3 chopped green onions

Mix together the soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, honey and chile paste in a microwave safe bowl and set aside.
While the pasta, meat and veggies are cooking, warm the sauce ingredients until hot.
Add the beef, broccoli, noodles and green onions in a large bowl and top with sauce.
Toss to combine and serve.

Toddler review-
Despite altering the recipe a lot it still turned out great. My kids love noodles and vegetables with a little bit of protein. It came together quickly and everyone liked it.

Three clean bowls from the toddlers. I need to cut back on the ginger though, Miss C wasn't a fan of the noodles *(edited the recipe now). We used chuka soba noodles and they were perfect.
