Spicy Edamame

 My family really likes the website Just One Cookbook and they sent me a link to something they were making a few months ago.  While we were chatting, I clicked around and found this spicy edamame recipe.  We eat edamame as a side quite often and usually have several servings in the freezer.  
After a long week of cooking and baking, I cheated and didn't follow the recipe.  I'm sure it's awesome as written but I didn't want to cook anymore. I threw the sauce in a small bowl to mix and then added to my steamed edamame.

I'm guessing here-

2 tsp red miso

1 tbs sambal

1 tbs soy sauce 

a tiny bit of mirin


Mix it up and taste it.  Mine needed a little more sambal
