Dijon mustard at home

 Put into a non reactive bowl overnight or at least 8 hours

1/2 cup of yellow mustard seeds 

3/4 cup white vinegar


Strain and then add to a blender-

3 tablespoons of white vinegar 

1 tablespoon of sugar 

1 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt 

1/2 cup of white wine 


Pulse until smooth
