 All from dregs in the fridge.  Make sure this salad is mostly other stuff, not pasta 

Pasta of choice, cooked and cooled

shredded lettuce

pickled red onions

pepperoncini 

chopped kalamata olives

salami

cheese of choice, today it was asiago

Dressing

mayo

red wine vinegar

dijon mustard

sweetener (only a little)

garlic or garlic powder

oregano 

Italian spices
