Sushi bake
It's all over the interwebs but I'm sick of looking it up when we want to make it
In the rice cooker, cook 3 "cups" of sushi rice, if you want to, season with rice vinegar, salt and sushi
Spread in the bottom of a 13 X 0 pan (smaller pan for a smaller family, mine loves this)
Sprinkle with furikake or shredded nori
Mix up some flaked cooked salmon with crab or kani, season with Japanese mayo and sriracha
Spread on top of the seaweed and bake at 380 for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and top with more mayo and sriracha, sliced scallions and sesame seeds
Spoon some into a square of nori and enjoy
