pressure cooker kidney beans

For every 1 cup of beans, use 3 1/2 cups of water

I got 2 1/2 cups of dry beans from a 1 pound package


Rinse and sort through the beans

Generously salt the water

Manual pressure for 50 minutes

natural release for 15 minutes

Then quick pressure release


This is for our altitude, even in the pressure cooker, it needs more time.
