Popovers

Note-  trying these again after a very long time.  It says it's better if the batter is warm?  taking out the butter and milk to come to room temperature today.  Will report back later.

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 tbs butter, melted
2 tbs butter cut into 6 pieces

Whisk together the flour, milk, salt, eggs, and melted butter in a large measuring cup until combined.
Heat your popover pan in the oven at 425.
Drop in a cube of butter and return to the oven until butter is melted and bubbly.
Carefully pour 1/6 of the batter into the each cup in the popover pan.
Cook for 20 minutes and then reduce heat to 325 for another 15-20 minutes.
