Chicken cordon bleu pasta

From Adventures of a Nurse

16 ounces rotini pasta
1 lbs ham, sliced into long strips
1 lbs chicken, cut into long strips
3 cups chicken broth
7 ounces shredded gouda cheese
7 ounces shredded swiss cheese
1 cup half and half
1 heaping tbs Dijon mustard

Put the pasta in the bottom of the pot and then add the chicken broth
Lay the chicken and ham across the top
Cook on high for 10 minutes and then do a quick release
Add the cheeses, mustard and half and half and stir until the cheese has melted
