Have fresh tomatoes? Make this toast
Our neighbors gifted us 4 or 5 nice tomatoes from their garden last week. I wanted to make something with them to show off how great a plain, fresh tomato is (I'll be crying about this toast in the dead of winter when the tomatoes are gross).
Toast some great bread, Pops picked us up some local Sourdough from a market he visited this past weekend for us
Spread on some Boursin
Top with sliced tomatoes, I blotted them lightly with a paper towel
Top with finishing salt of your choice, I have a fave spice blend that I like
We added in some leftovers for added protein but it was quick, no cook and verra tasty.
