This week

Sticking to comfort foods because we've been the house of sick lately.
Crockpot and make ahead meals are also present because, life.

Jalapeno bacon mac and cheese (minus the drunk swearing and flip flop throwing)
Hot Dog casserole (probably with Pops)
Brisket in the crockpot
Taco salad
Burgers and three bean salad
Udon with chicken and veggies
and two nights undecided, freezer/takeout/leftovers/out

For lunches and snacks for kiddos and I.
Spaghetti salad
DIY nachos
goat cheese and lemon pasta
Lemon and corn muffins

We tried this recipe for beef for the latest round of freezer burritos and I'll have to get a report from Mr. PB&C.
