Menu planning, ohne Geschirrspuelmachine*
So our dish washer died on Friday. In a very spectacular way and I'm menu planning for the week to use as few dishes as I can.
Ratatouille with baguette (I might have to break out some Villes Vinges from our France trip...) **
Meat and Cheese board with fruit and veggies
Grilled cheese sandwiches and soup
Steak and corn
The rest of the week is going to be on the fly depending on what comes in the CSA this week.
*My favorite German word. I just had to throw it in the blog post.
**I've had a mandoline for years now but I was never comfortable with it until recently. I love using it now and I sliced up a bunch of veggies in only a few minutes.
