Eating this week
We have swim practice this week and next after work and day care so for four days, we have easy dinners on the menu.
Sandwiches
Soup (store bought chicken noodle and tomato are the requests) with cheesy bread
Salad, we have a bunch of lettuce from the CSA and we are adding hard boiled eggs and black beans for protein
Leftover easy lasagna
Bulgogi and rice with bok choy, carrots and water chestnuts
Dinner out with friends
Steak fajitas for the kiddos and veggie fajitas for me
