Menu planning

I know I missed a week in there but I was busy with Christmas and crafting and visiting and working and....

Back to our sorta normal schedule this week.

Monday, NYE/birthday/Christmas round three.  I know there will be sashimi and Peking duck.  I'm unsure about everything else

Tuesday, raclette, chicken, pork, beef and sausages, potatoes, zuchini, sweet onion, bell pepper, marinated mushrooms and bread

Wednesday, take out sushi with my brother before he goes home

Thursday-Sunday
Leftovers
Brie and proscuitto sandwiches / cold cut sandwiches, green bean and celery salad
Cedar planked halibut, rice and steamed veggies
French bread pizza, chicken and salsa verde version
