Coffee jelly

 The internet was serving this up to me and then I saw some in the wild when I was in Brooklyn at Acre

This is kinda how I made it, mixing a bunch of ideas.  I've made these in individual servings but then also in a big pan then cut into squares.  We don't know of a good way to make it but it's topped with sweetened condensed milk and regular milk combined (I think)

2 cups of coffee, still hot

1/3 c. brown sugar

3 tsp or a little over 1 small package of unflavored gelatin)

Combined everything and stir until the gelatin is dissolved

Let cool, covered in the fridge until set

Top some some kind of sweetened milk mixture
