Menuing

I have a few recipes to post but that will have to wait.  We're a busy family with some things tarting up this week.

Ham and Macaroni and cheese casserole
Eggs benedict (the one who dislikes eggs will be fine with English muffins and ham with a side of fruit)
Frozen veggie dumplings and veggie fried rice (we're in the thick of the CSA and all it's veggie offerings)
Leftovers X two
Collard greens, oven fried chicken thighs and potato salad
Sandwiches after a birthday party and swimming.
