Flank steak

A really rough recipe but very tasty. We lived on this when the girls were little. C would bring over food for our freezer so we wouldn't have to take care of little babies and try to cook dinner every night.

1 lbs flank steak
1/4 c. red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar, whatever your fancy
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 or 5 shakes of Worchestershire
1/4 c. olive oil
chopped garlic, however much you want to put in
fresh ginger, a few tsps


Throw everything in a ziploc bag and either let marinate overnight or even better, place in the freezer until you need it.
Thaw overnight in the fridge and grill or broil to desired doneness.
